With over 30 years of combined astrophotography experience, Starpoint Australis was founded by Dan and Brendan, both passionate about pushing the boundaries of astrophotography equipment.

Brendan, the engineer, designs every product from scratch, handling all electronics and PCB design in-house to ensure top-notch quality and reliability. Dan focuses on developing the software and ASCOM drivers, ensuring seamless integration and control.

Both Dan and Brendan rigorously test all Starpoint Australis products in their own setups, ensuring each design meets the highest standards before it reaches customers.
